The CBA has registered the program prospectus of bonds of “Byblos Bank Armenia”

By the decision of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia, the program prospectus of nominal, non-convertible, coupon bonds of “Byblos Bank Armenia” CJSC has been registered, taking into account the submitted supplements.

According to the program, the total volumes of the bonds to be issued amount to AMD 5,000,000,000 (five billion) and USD 20,000,000 (twenty million). The nominal value of one bond is set at AMD 100,000 and USD 100, respectively.

The decision on the registration of the bond program prospectus enters into force on the day following the day of its official delivery or logging into “Byblos Bank Armenia” CJSC.

As of June 30, 2026, the assets of “Byblos Bank Armenia” amounted to AMD 138 billion 51 million 274 thousand (more than USD 379 million 846 thousand at the exchange rate of September 18), compared to 135 billion 252 million 821 thousand at the end of 2025.

Total liabilities amounted to AMD 101 billion 308 million 492 thousand. Equity capital amounted to AMD 36 billion 742 million 782 thousand.

At the same time, the actual magnitude of the regulatory total (own) capital amounted to AMD 37 billion 204 million 132 thousand, significantly exceeding the minimum requirement of AMD 30 billion set by the CBA.

For the first 6 months of 2026, the operational income of the bank amounted to AMD 2,494,725 thousand. The bank concluded the reporting period with a net profit of AMD 67 million 396 thousand.

The ratio of the bank’s capital to risk-weighted assets stood at 31.03% (the CBA minimum limit is 11.00%). The ratio of highly liquid assets to net cash outflow stood at 241.36% (the CBA minimum limit is 100.00%).
