Central Bank of Armenia registers bond prospectuses of ID Bank and Evocabank

The Central Bank of Armenia has registered bond programme prospectuses for ID Bank’s $100 million perpetual bonds and Evocabank’s bonds in drams, US dollars and euros. The decisions were signed on October 14 by Deputy Governor Hovhannes Khachatryan (No. 1/408 A and No. 1/409 A).

A programme prospectus allows an issuer to place bonds in several tranches under a single registered document. Both decisions are based on the October 14 conclusion of the Central Bank’s licensing and supervision committee (protocol No. 48).

ID Bank. The programme of registered coupon perpetual bonds totals $100 million. Perpetual bonds have no maturity date. The bank filed for registration on September 7 and submitted supplements to the prospectus on October 2 and 14.
