Central Bank
By decision No. 1/428 Ա of October 28 of Martin Galstyan, Chairman of the Central Bank of Armenia, the bond program prospectus of Farm Credit Armenia UCO CC was registered. The program covers registered coupon bonds with a total volume of up to AMD 3 billion and a nominal value of AMD 100 thousand. The application was filed on September 23, with supplements filed on September 29 and October 20. As of publication, the prospectus itself has not been published on either the Central Bank’s or the company’s website, so the terms of the issue (coupon rate, maturities) are not yet known.
On October 26, the company announced that it will issue social bonds in November. Sustainable Fitch rated its Social Bond Framework “Excellent” and found it aligned with the International Capital Market Association’s (ICMA) Social Bond Principles 2025. The proceeds will finance smallholder farmers, rural micro, small and medium-sized enterprises and agribusinesses, as well as agricultural machinery leasing.
By the Chairman’s decision No. 1/424 Ա of October 28, the registration period for Acba bank OJSC’s program prospectus of perpetual bonds was suspended “in order to clarify certain facts.” The program covers AMD 20 billion (AMD 100 thousand nominal) and USD 50 million (USD 100 nominal). In addition, on October 29 AMX received a document from Acba bank containing essential facts and information.
